Alf & Norma Hansen started coming to help at the Ranch in 1985 as volunteers with the RVICS (Roving Volunteers in Christ’s Service) organization. They continued to come after they became inactive just to spend time with us. Alf entertained us with various songs on his harmonica and then ended his show by playing his harmonica next to his ear. Norma has helped with various artistic talents and in 2001 painted this mural. Both Norma and Alf have gone to be with the Lord, but we think of them almost daily as we eat because the mural is in our dining room at the Academic Center. See also memorial for Alf Hansen
