OPERATION SUPPORT-A-LIFE
LUC Boy Sponsorship Program
As a tree needs valuable nutrients to grow and produce fruit, so does each young man that is placed at LUC. As a sponsor in Operation Support-A-Life, you will be helping a boy receive the spiritual nurturing he needs to become a strong, capable young man that will bear the fruit of hard work and self-discipline. The following represents levels of support for one young man that is placed at LUC based on his monthly expenses.
* At present, we do not have the LUC Virtual Tree of Life in place. We are considering other displays.
Tree of Life : $2500 or more per month
v Tree of Life supporters provide for all of the expenses for one young man to stay at LUC for one month.
v Tree of Life supporters will have a tree planted in their honor to represent the life that they are supporting. They will have their name displayed on the LUC Virtual Tree of Life honorarium and will receive special recognition at LUC�s Open House. They also will receive a plaque made by our guys featuring the sponsored boy.
Fruit Bearer: $1250 - $2500 per month
v Fruit Bearer supporters provide half of the expenses for one young man to stay at LUC for one month.
v Fruit Bearer supporters will have their name displayed on the LUC virtual Tree of Life honorarium and will be given special recognition at LUC�s Open House. They will also receive a plaque made by our guys featuring the sponsored boy.
Platinum Planter: $700 - $1250 per month
v Platinum Planter supporters cover the costs of counseling, tutoring, and childcare for one boy to stay at LUC for one month.
v Platinum Planter supporters will have their name displayed on the LUC Virtual Tree of Life honorarium and will be recognized at LUC�s Open House. They will also receive a plaque made by our guys.
Golden Leaf: $100 - $700 per month
v Golden Leaf supporters cover the costs of housing and utilities for one young man to stay at LUC for one month.
v Golden Leaf supporters will be recognized at LUC�s Open House and will receive a Certificate of Sponsorship.
Silver Seedling : $50 - $100 per month
v Silver Seedling supporters cover the food and supplies for one young man to stay at LUC for one month.
v Silver Seedling supporters will receive a Certificate of Sponsorship.
Friendly Helper: $5 - $50 per month
v Friendly Helpers facilitate our ongoing efforts to change lives in miraculous ways.
All Sponsors :
All sponsors will receive a monthly letter with a brief update of the boy they are sponsoring. Some boys may respond back to you in your thank you letter. If you wish to pick a certain boy or type of boy, let us know and we can help you choose one of a particular need, nationality, from a particular faith or part of the country, or one with certain interests - like fishing, etc.If you wish to write to the boys you sponsor, you must realize that these letters are censored and you may not ask them about their family life. You can write to send encouragement, Bible verses, etc.
